Inside the measures adopted at international
level by the Protocol of Kyoto for the reduction of
GHG the CDM was settled down (Clean Development Mechanism)
with the main purpose that this mechanism helps to
the nations in development to reach the sustainable
development.

| The objectives
of the present study are to present a method for the
formulation of projects for the CDM, following the delineamientos
so far existent, and the elaboration of a generic briefcase
of projects of reduction of emissions of GHG, for Colombia.
